DRX-9000 Spinal Decompression System

Decompression treatment with the DRX 9000 is one of the best-researched decompression devices used today. This treatment device uses intermittent traction and angled distraction to relieve the pressure on the injured or diseased area of the spine. The area for treatment is identified through an examination with the chiropractor and the advanced software of the DRX system distributes precision distraction to the affected area of the spine.

How Does the DRX9000 Work?

The DRX9000 Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression System is designed to provide pain relief for compressive and degenerative injuries of the spine. Through the application of spinal decompressive forces to these injuries, the DRX9000 gives patients relief from chronic back and neck pain and allows them to resume the activities they love.

Spinal Decompression Table

Spinal Decompression provides relief to severe back and neck pain sufferers by gently reducing the pressure within spinal discs. The bones of the spine are slowly and methodically separated using the DTS Spinal Decompression Unit.

How Does This Unit Work?

As the vertebrae are separated pressure is slowly reduced within the disc (intradiscal pressure) until a vacuum is formed. This vacuum “sucks” the gelatinous center of the disc back inside thereby reducing the disc bulge or disc herniation. Significant disc bulge reduction removes pressure off the spinal nerves and drastically reduces pain and disability. This “sucking” vacuum also pulls much-needed oxygen, nutrients and fluid into injured and degenerated discs allowing the healing to begin. The treatment motion is computer controlled to provide gentle and painless decompression of the injured spinal discs.

Class IV Laser

What is Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is the non-invasive use of laser energy to generate a photochemical response in damaged or dysfunctional tissue. Laser therapy can alleviate pain, reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery from a wide range of acute and chronic clinical conditions. As rehabilitation specialists know, the main goal of treatment for many when treating painful, debilitating conditions is to facilitate improved function and mobility. Laser therapy is a drug-free, surgery-free technique to help make that goal a reality.

Whole Body Vibration Machine

This is a therapy that utilizes vibrations for musculoskeletal healing and strengthening. The first variant of WBV was designed centuries ago by the Greeks, who applied mechanical vibrations to the area of the body that was functioning improperly. Today, we apply the same basic principle but with modern body vibration machines.

Benefits of WBV?

Whole Body Vibration produces an improvement in circulation as the accelerated forces cause your muscles to contract and relax. This rapid muscle movement works to increase the speed of the blood flow throughout the body.

Digital X-ray

Digital radiography is a form of X-ray imaging, where digital X-ray sensors are used instead of traditional photographic film. Advantages include time efficiency through bypassing chemical processing and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images.
